    Fuel Injection on a 300

Hello, I have a '64 skylark with a 2 barrel carb. I am purchasing a 4 barrel intake (from another 64). I am trying to research fuel injection setups for it. The two leading contenders seem to be FiTech and Holley. Has anyone tried that? Were you successful?? What pitfalls should I watch out...

    Factory clock

You are correct about the mechanism for the clock. The company that rebuilt it recommends disconnecting power to prolong the life of the movement, so that's what I will do.. Thanks

pop rivets for 64 skylark convertible top boot

Hi. I just purchased a new top boot with clips for my 64 skylark. I need to pop-rivet the clip to the boot, but the instructions don't specify what size rivet to use. The diameter I can figure out from the hole size pretty easily, but I am not sure how long they need to be. Has anyone done...

    Rear end for a 1964 Skylark - V8

I know, but none with the 2.78 ratio that I am looking for.. It only has a 2 speed automatic transmission.. Don't want to have to rev that hard on the highway

    Rear end for a 1964 Skylark - V8

I have been told that the ring and pinion in my rear end is badly pitted and should be replaced... Anyone know of where a set can be obtained? Don't want to change the gear ratio if possible.
