Description: Buick Apollo, with 455Buick implant, 2.5 dual exhaust, 6 inch fire extinguisher tips. Custom 76 skylark buckets with match back seats all upholstered in black. Park ave console with 76 buick skylark console shifter. Car is a Hatchback, and have the "tent" for the hatch camper. Car is also a suncoupe and will sport 72 emblems when painted. Car is to be Saturn yellow with tach on hood, has custom GSX spoiler on car but not in this pic,was cut down 4 inch to fit Apollo. 15"ralleys, Will sport black out grill too. 74 GSX side stripes.

Description: Centurian grill, 468cu(455), 472 dyno HP. 2.5 duals with M1 tank shell casings (90mm vietnam casings) chromed. 75 Park ave interior with full 2 5/8" gauges, and 4 inch tach. Two tone paint indigo blue and antq white with House of Color purple pearl over lay. Electric fans. note in pic I destroyed the water pump bell in route to show in Iowa region 09, 3 inch whites, 11mpg hwy 8mpg town,. chamber exhaust is loud, and rubbles, yes in an Electra.

Description: My 1971 Buick Gran Sport 1971 was the official beginning of the end of the muscle car era. Pressured by increasing government regulations and increasing insurance premiums and gasoline prices, GM decreed that all its engines must run on low-lead gasoline, leading to a drop in compression ratios and a corresponding drop in power ratings. The 350 engine lost 55bhp to 260bhp while the 455 and 455 Stage 1 lost 35bhp and 15bhp to drop to 315bhp and 345bhp respectively. The compression ratio was reduced by 15%, which was the main reason for the power reduction. Make no mistake these machines were still able performers on both street and strip. The GSX trim package was now available in a wide range of colors, including red and black. Production figures: GS 2D Hardtop: 8,268 GS Convertible: 902 Engines: 350 V8 260 bhp @ 4,600rpm, 360 lb-ft @ 3,200 rpm. 455 V8 315 bhp @ 4,400rpm, 450 lb-ft @ 2,800 rpm. 455 Stage 1 455 V8 345 bhp @ 5,000rpm, 460 lb-ft @ 3,000 rpm. Performance: 455/315: 0-60 in 6.9 sec, 1/4 mile in 15.3 sec @ 96 mph. My car's color is still 'Bittersweet Mist' as seen in the pictures..
