you should really start a new thread for things like this. it's too easy to get overlooked if you try to piggyback onto an existing discussion.

67- = 1967
4 = Buick
46 = GS 400 ( and unlike some years, this code is specific to the GS in 1967 )
67 = Convertible

00005 = sequential body #, is this ALL of the body number? it looks to be the 5th Buick produced from this plant, very possibly the 1st GS off the line. what's your VIN? that should also be very low.

TR 191 = Blue vinyl interior

F1C Paint
F = Blue Mist Iridium
1 = Black? vert top
C = if the car is two tone, the 2nd tone would be Arctic White

N R = "NR" is the stamping for the GS 400ci engine.

024 = probably a date or shift code of some kind

looks like a very nice find.

67GS400Conv.

Thanks Bob for your information on decoding. If it helps to figure this code out, the conv. top is white. Also there was originally a stripe on each side, which is now gone; what color is the stripe and does the trim code show this?

BTW, I cannot find a button anywhere for starting a New Thread; please help me on this because I am new here.

Thanks, Larry
