Does anyone know if I can change my standard brakes on a 58 Buick special to power brakes or booster without too much problems. I know that alot of companies sell change over systems, but I would like to keep orginal equipment but change to the power brakes.

Check out the article under drivelines on this forum---you can go with a complete change using stock parts---this will include you changing the pedal assy. to the original power brake pedal. Either way will be a lot of work. Good Luck!!
