According to the Standard Catalog of Buick the1947 Buick Super has a cast iron inline straight eight cylinder with a overhead valve. Displacement 248 cid. Bore 3-3/32 Stroke 4-1/8 Compression 6.3 to 1. Horsepower 110 at 3600 rpm.

The value of your Buick would of course depend on model and condition.
