I have a 54' Special and am getting ready to install drop spindles from Fatman. I cannot find a disc brake conversion kit for this car. I would like to upgrade the drums with either discs or a more modern style drum. Does anybody know a direct bolt on swap and or am I going to have to pay for custom fabrication?
