No, the ports on the 64 aluminum manifold are much smaller and do not line up well with the ports on the 65+ iron heads. In 64, the 300 had aluminum heads that matched the aluminum intake. In 65, the 300 had iron intakes that matched the iron heads. The 300 was not available in a 4bbl in 66 and 67.
