how can I tweak up my 6cyl 1986 regal limited and can I use the gn wheels graemlins/banana.gif

You can use the wheels- just bolt'em on
You can do several things to upgreade you engine- depending on how far you want to go into the engine.
Here's a couple things you can try- or bring it to me, and i'll do the upgrades for you. :)

get rid of the engine fan- you can do a electric fan conversion, takes alot of hp to run the fan
You can also do a serpentine belt conversion with parts from an early 3.0 front drive car.
this conversion is 268% more efficent than the rear drive setup. yes- 268%

The 4.1 was available with a factory aluminum 4bbl intake- its a good intake for a cheap upgrade and adds a good bit of low end torque.

The exhaust manifolds can be upgraded with stainless steel factory pieces. You can find these on various newer model FWD cars and will make a tremendous difference.

Then the usual- scrap the cat- dual exhaust W/ equalizer, maybe some steeper gears in the rear-end- they could be as high as 2:14s, so that would help alot.
