Just need to know if I need a puller to get the damper wheel off of my 89' parkave or just loosen up the bolt,and pull it off.

what kind of motor are you working on?
most gm's need a special puller with special threads on the bolts to go into the balencer

make sure you clean out the inside of the balencer and lube it and the crank before you re-install it.
