I'm having some trouble finding pulley kits for my buick 350 ('71), i wanted an underdrive it but can't find one anywhere. Is there a reason for that, or is there a place I can find them? Could a chevy small black pulley kit work? Help me out here, i'm new to this.

There isn't a huge aftermarket for the Buick 350, which is why you might have a hard time finding stuff like this. They are pretty low on the "bang for the buck" scale, which is why a lot of Buick people don't really go looking hard for this kind of stuff.
Anyhow, I don't know who you've tried so far, but I would contact places like TA performance (www.taperformance.com) and maybe Poston to see if they offer pulleys for a 350.
Frankly I would think your money is better spent on other performance upgrades.
