does anyone know where i could get a 4 barrel intake manifold for my 340... or does anyone have one?

I may have one for you. Lemme check my inventory and I'll get back to you. I know I had one at one time, but I may have tossed it.

Cast iron or aluminum? I have (or had) a cast iron manifold and I'm not sure they made an aluminum version. My 64 Skylark's 300 has an aluminum 4-bbl but I think that was the only year and engine they offered it.

hmm... but its for a 300 ci engine... and I'm pretty sure the intake manifold is not interchangeable with the 340ci

I'm also looking for a 340 intake manifold (4 barrel), but for my 66. Jeez these things are hard to find, same with headers. If anyone finds anything on this please email me at JoeKatie71902@yahoo.com or post a reply, I will check back frequently.

I'm quite excited, I was just told by a very kind man, who called me because he had seen my ad in the classifieds on buicks.net, that he took a four barrel carb off a 67 buick Lesabre with a 340 (from a junkyard) here in Brantford where I live. He lives about half an hour away. Anyway, he called me and said that he did that about 2 months ago and that it might still be there. So I'm going over in about half an hour to see if it is. I got dibs on this one if its still there, but If I find another one I'll let ya know and I could pick it up for ya and ship it to you.
