got my intake for my '71 skylark's 350, its a stock 4 barrel intake from a '73. my engine was a two barrel, and im going to do the swap to the 4. the car has dual exhaust with out headers. what size carb shold i put on, and what sort of bolt pattern to i need. this is the first time im doing this and i dont want to order the wrong carb, so any of you more experienced folk, your help would be greatly appreciated. i plan on putting headers and new exhaust on in another mont or two after i do the swap... thanks again for your guys help.

My opinion:

I would suggest a 650 cfm spread bore, with vacuum secondaries. An origial type Rochester would be a good choice.

When purchaseing a rebuilt one, you might like to specify an earlier one like 1970 without smog pumps.
