My 69 Buick Lesabre Conv with 350 v-8. the engine is rated at 280hp however my car lacks power I have done a complete tune up? and the car still lacks power. I notice a black sooty substance coming oiut of the exhaust pipe, could this be excessive engine wear which is creating blow by and reducing my power? what can I do
