So if I get an HEI replancement distributor, for a 74-76 or later 455 from my local parts shop, would it work? In my 1971 455 Electra. What wires would I need to run it, and where? I can't stand messin with the pionts to get it just right. The dudes at the parts shop say it would be better, and less expensive than the MSD ready to run model. thanks
