IVE GOT A 81 REGAL W/ A 72 455 IN IT AND IM WONDERING WHAT EVERYONE RECOMMENDS TO JET MY HOLLEY 770 STREET AVENGER AT. CURRENTLY IM AT A 72 AND A 75. ALSO IVE JUST GOT DONE PUTTING MOTOR BACK IN CAR W/ A NEW CARTER FUEL PUMP HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK WITH THIS FUEL PUMP OR DID I WASTE MY MONEY??

I prefer the Q-jet for street driving. Holleys are OK for a race car,but they don't really work for street because they do not have any real mid- range adjustments. They idle and run good at WOT. The Q-jet from 71 up 455 is 800 CFM, and there are a lot of Buicks in the low 12s with this carb.
