I would like to pull some more power out or my 225 Electra. I am not sure what to do really, bigger crab, diffent cam, woo woo heads(staged), new exaust haeders on back are coming at some piont. It will be more for road tripping and crusing the town. graemlins/beers.gif
The power plant is a 455 4 Bbl, putting out 315 hp from factory in 1971. My boat only has 64k on it and every thing is pretty good, so I don't where to start, nothing need fixing under the hood.

TA Performance does a lot more research and development than Poston, so I use TA for all my parts. It all depends on how far you want to go. The first step would be headers and a K&N air filter. If you are running mostly in town, a gear change would really wake it up off the line. A higher stall convertor would also help acceleration immensely.
