Well, in 76 you would have non-stage heads (smaller valves). The 75-76 heads also had a large combustion chamber (meaning lower compression) compared to the earlier versions. 74 was the last year for stage one heads. Iorn stage two heads with a larger different shaped exhaust port were available as a dealer item in 1970. There were only about 100 sets of these produced. There are aluminum stage one, two, three and four heads in the after-market.
