I have an extremely stupid question. What are the spark plug wire locations on the distributor? I wrote them down before I removed the old wires, but now I can't find my diagram. Are they connected in a clockwise motion on the passenger side of the distributor. Please HELP.

Jackson, you'll find a firing order cast onto the block or head somewhere on the side of the engine, up high, in plane sight. If you get someone to bump the starter with the distributor cap off to determine which way the rotor turns, you can arrange the wires so that consecutive sockets will lead to the cylinders in the firing order. I don't think it matters where you start as long as all the wires will reach.
(And if one of the serious guys here gives you a better way, take their advice.)

Going clockwise starting at number one,
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
If you don't know where #1 cylinder is on the distributor, you may have to turn the engine and locate it yourself (don't go 180 degrees off though).
