I have a 1979 Regal W/ a Pontiac 301 (4.9L)
I was looking for a pair of headers...But I cannot fiand any that would fit a 301 engine in a G-body chassis??? would anyone know where to find a set without goin custom??? Money is an issue here..Thanx

as far as I know there are no headers that are going to fit a 301--I have the same engine in my 78 grand prix and have searched everywhere. That engine is never going to be a huge performer anyway so just stick with the exhaust manifolds and run 2.25 or 2.5 dual pipes all the way back (not just from the cat back). I am running a similar setup on mine with 40 series flowmasters and it sounds and performs nice
