I have no hi position on the fan when the a/c or heat is on. Low and mediem work fine. Any ideas??? I replaced the switch, high low switch already, could it be the fan it self? :confused:

Its not your fan, those fans are nice to us mechanics, they work or they don't work period! :D
on the blower box there is an oval electric "thingie" with 4 prongs on it installed IN the blower case, remove it from the case. inside you will see several coiled wires each going to a set of prongs.
look to see if these are unbroken and free of rust. If they look fine look for a small 11/2 by 1 inch box thats the high speed solenoid these are most likely the culprits. Oh and do check the wires they do sometimes burn trough and since the high position is a different wire then low 1 or 2 that could be it aswell.
