I just bought a 69 Skylark and the guy lost the keys. Instead of paying $150+ for a locksmith I decided to get a new locking cylinder. So I went to go replace it thinking it would be a easy job. After I got the stearing wheel off I came across a metal peice that I probally need a puller to get off. So since I'm just a backyard mechanic I was woundering if there is another way to get it off with out using a puller?
