What are the specs for a 1964 Buick Skylark 300cid w/bbl carb? I need the choke pull-off, float height info, etc.

I believe that carb is a rotchester.
go to your local parts store and look for Hayne's Rochester carb manual. they've got specs, photos, performance tips and a complete teardown and rebuild of every rochester carb ever used.
it's about $20 CDN.
Without it i woulnd't have been able to touch my Qjet
