I think I could work in the engine compartment easier if the hood was off.I see 4 bolts/screws holding the hood onto the car.the hood does not appear to be too heavy. Can two men easily remove the hood,or am I getting ready to screw up? As always, thanks in advance to those of you who help me.

Your on the right track. It is nicest if there are two men to handle the hood, it is not heavy but you probably don't want to scratch anything. Loosen the bolts, you and your bud stand on each side while your wife/girlfriend or kid runs the bolts out. When you've done it once, you can eliminate the wife/girlfiend or kid.

Take a pencil and draw a line around the hood hinges on the hood. When you put the hood back on you can allign it to these marks and not have as much trouble adjusting the fit to fenders and grille.
