The steering wheel in my '89 Regal GS is looking kind of crappy. The color (deep maroon ?) is faded and there are minor scratches in the surface. Any way to quickly restore or at least make it better looking? I've tried cleaning it but all that does is remove some of the surface. Is it leather ? Vinyl? Some other product ?
