HEHE this could be scary... I have a 64 lasabre and have pulled the motor .... now i am trying to find out what size it is... I have these numbers.. front of motor. 4k2018104 and b357943 back of motor... the 4k number is the same one as the body number can anyone tell me what this motor is... a guy who helped pull it said it was a very rare buick motor it has alum heads and intake.

Sounds like a 64 300. The 64 four bbl. model had 11 to 1 compression, aluminum heads and intake. There were no other engine that year that had aluminum heads. The head casting # for the two and four bbl. model should be 1358219.

yes, it is a 64 300. It might be rare to him, but its not a rarity as far as 64 Buicks go
