I have a 72 Buick Skylark, 350, 4bbl, with a TH350 Trans. I would like to upgrade to an overdrive trans. Can anyone tell me the best way to go with the least headache, and also which car the trans would come out of? Any help on better gas milage would also help too.

A 200-4R is almost a bolt in, and gives you a .67 over drive

If I can impose a little further: any suggestions on what type of car the trans would come out of? I was told to get the 'kick down linkage' when I get the trans. Any other suggestions?
