I'm pulling out a 320 motor from a 1949 Roadmaster with a Dynaflow transmission, and want to change to a manual trans. Do I need to keep the bellhousing and flywheel (or anything else) for this swap, or are they different from the manual ones? Thanks.

The Dynaflow bell housing and flywheel are not usable in a stick shift set up , so they can go with the trans.
