I receive a complete 59 Invicta wagon to part out. It has an original 401 in it. My question is:

Is this engine worth pulling and selling? I'm not familiar with the 401 and don't know if it's an engine in demand. It's complete top to bottom, except there's no distibutor. It turns fine. I'd be happy to receive any information about the engine and whether I should pull the engine or send it to the junker with the car. Any offers?

Hang on to it! It has some value, around $300 complete. E-Bay might net you the most.
Thanks,
Todd

Hello,

I am looking for a 401 to put in a Chris Craft boat. Do you still have this engine?

If, I would like to buy it?

Thanks,

good luck on contacting him Owen. Russ hasn't been on the board in 4 years.
