hi guys, around 2 years ago i startd to have things rebuilt on my fathers 53 convertable skylark.Things like rebulit starter, water pump, genarator, power steering pump, recore the raditor, new gaskets, rebulit fuel pump, all new hoses and tune up parts. Now with everything getting put back togother after 2 years of sitting.I can not find the wiring diagram that i drew out for the wiring going to the coil. Sounds easy enough but i dont want to run the risk of fring up any of the orginal wires.one of the probloms is that as far as i can tell is the use of the ballast resistor. Do i need to still use it if iam going to a 12volt coil? because the old one that was on was a 6volt coil. any info would be great. My main expertise in on japanse cars jk.
