i'm replacing my tank,what's best painting it or powdercoating it???

For best durability use IRMRON, its an epoxy enamel, we use it on equipment, dump boxes and even locomotives! Works great on frames and rims to. I'm using an IMRON epoxy primer on my '49 model 41 once it comes back from the media blasters'.
