when I got my Riviera the 2 plugs by the battery that opens and close the headlight doors were not plugged into anything. What goes there and where can I get it?

Those are relay switches. I found them in a place called Clarks Corvair parts.
You can get a catalog for 63-65 Riviera parts from them on the internet and
they will be for a Riv and not a Corvair. I just installed a pair in September.
