I have a few questions about my '91 Century. What do the body panels look like underneath the side moldings? Are they countoured with the shape of the car, or flat? Because I'd like to lose them if it would look okay. And also, is it possible to find aftermarket parts for my car? Such as a roll pan, new front bumper, different hood? If so, where can I find them? Anything might help, thanks.

collinhumble, as I remember the panel is smooth under your mouldings. In fact, I think they glue on and there isn't even holes.
On a "Kit" for your Century? Don't count on finding anything. Go to all the regular sources for such things is all I can say.

Okay, well that's easy then... but would it look right if I did took the moldings off? Because if the door has a curve to it, but where the moldings are is flat - it wouldn't look right to have a flat section running up the whole side of my car. See what I mean? Thanks for the input.

I really don't know, I havn't seen one latly to think about it. I do know that the moldings serve two different uses. One is that they protect the door from dings. The other is styling. It breaks up the side of the car. Removing side mouldings works sometimes, sometimes it looks horable.
