On my 68 skylark i have a new fender because there is a dent in my old one ive gottan all the bolt out except the two on the bottum of the fender because they just spin when you try to take the bolts off and i cant get up in there to hold it,Anyone have any ideas?Thanks

use a cutoff wheel and remove the heads with the fewnders off you can make the necessary repairs for the bolts. Thats what i do.
