On 68 GS350 I have an annoying rattling seeming to come from the area of the wide chrome strip at the base of the windshield. Anyone have similar problem? Maybe the strip doesn't match the glass shape correctly? It doesn't appear to be out of shape. Haven't taken it off to inspect. Any ideas how to address this problem?

the strip is attached with small clips maybe these have come loose,rusted out or broke off
