I have water leaking inside and soaking the passenger floorboard. Is looks like water and is deffinately not the heater core. Any would be greatly appreciated ideas? Thanks.

if its not the heater core then try to un-clog the drain for the a/c evap core. it should be in the engine compartment at the bottom of the firewall on the pass. side. use air or wire but be careful of the evap core.

Rare on a late model automobile, but it may be possible your windshield is leaking. Soak down the glass and see if water is running in from the top of the glass. This is not a uncommon problem on older (late 60s thru mid 70s) GM cars. Lets just hope that that problem for GM has been solved.
