I am currently starting to restore a 1951 Buick Roadmaster Sedan 4 door. I need to find a complete replacement body - 4 doors, hood, trunk, rockers, fenders, quarter pannels (car has sentimental value). I was told a 1952 Buick Roadmaster Sedan 4 door body can be used OR a 1951 and 1952 Special body from the firewall back (ie. 4 doors, roof, trunk). Can anyone confirm either of these two replacements? Do you know anyone selling a 1951 Roadmaster Sedan 4 door body?

my hollander manual says'50 super/roadmaster tourback 4dr to'53 super riviera/roadmaster 4dr front and rear doors should fit. '51 and '52 roadmaster ONLY on the front fenders (i think because of the 4 port hole roadmaster and 3 everything else) but you might try the others and make a fourth hole. '50 to '52 rear fenders from a 4dr. (wagon also). '51 to '52 roadmaster hoods. some '50 and '51 trunk lids. the best way is to measure and look at the old part carefully, the book isn't always right.
