I am doing the scarebird disc conversion on my 1962 skylark and would like to know if any of you know of a 14" wheel that will accept the brakes. i would like to stay with steel wheels. I am really just looking for a car that used 4x4.5 14" steel whees that had disc brakes.

Bill, call a local tire shop - they probably have a chart - yu're probably looking for a 10" rotor???

I went with Zenith old school wire wheels on my 62 Skylark (knockoffs) after the disc brake conversion. I also learned that 240-280Z cars have wheels that will fit. I used 89 Gallant rotors so I am guessing their wheels will work since the rotor were spot on match.
