Just spent 200.00 so a guy could put 6 cans of freon in my car and tell me it does not work. Says I have a bad POA valve. Everything from the firewall inside the car works fine. The problem is in the engine compartment. Put die in the system to check for leaks but there is NO cold air coming in at all. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks

Just by-pass the POV valve. It's that eazy. I have done this over here before and it work's well. I have done this on some caddy's and early holden's had the same type system. Harrison/ac-delco. The valve can be repaired but it is cheeper to by-pass it by makeing a connector pipe. The sysrem will still get cold and work well. Cheers Troy:thumbsup: Others mite can this process but it does work.

Thanks Troy. one more question. I had the a/c on full blast and there are no cold pipes under the hood. When I make this by-pass will the pipes get cold?
You could consider an update kit:
