i got this car for free with my 72 skylark. its a 71 and i finally got it off my friends property after 5 years. i built my 72 with a 455 and sold it about 3 years ago. this 71 has no interior, no front suspension/engine/tranny. im currently lookin for a front suspension for it so i can atleast get it rolling. i pretty much have the whole front clip minus grill. im wantin to go with a chevy small block on this one, learned my lesson with the 455 on how expensive a big block can be. not lookin to restore, just get street legal. just figured i'd share with yall and maybe get any suggestions

Hi, nice challenge !
First suggestion..... build it all Buick !
True it won't be cheap as a chebb but you could find a 350/trans easely and it will be a nicer car like that !:hurray:

Kinda hard to see what is missing and there. Do you have any junkyards around that can help with suspension pieces?
What is your goal for the car? Just to make it move & drivable, or are you looking for "something special"?
