I am having a problem with the clearance . Would it be ok to lengthen the studs and add a spacer to move mc away from firewall.The wiper motor is in the way,can't take cover off mc. The master cylinder is a Corvette style duel,a big one. This is a drum, no power brake setup.

you may want to say bugger to the vette piece and use a 78-80 Fairmont master...
