I have a 350 engine given to me. Trying to look up info on it, all i have is the block casting # 1231447, 1 head is B 1233472. other is 1238145. The story on this engine is my friend got it from another guy who supp sunk alot of money in this 350. I took the heads off and you could tell that he had had the block dipped, new cam, lifters, push rods ect. Said he spun main bearing. Anyway the 350 was free ,friends wife made him get it out of the garage so i gladly took it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rebuilding a 1969 327 right now.
