I noticed that the supercharger cover on the 1995 Riviera vs. the 1996 & up Riviera is completely different. Is the 1995 cover removable to paint if it's discolored? And are both engines still Series II?

The supercharged engine in the '95 is a series I yet, '96 was the first year for the series II supercharged engine in the Rivieras.
