Any additional info appreciated and I would like to hear from other WE4 owners. Hagerty only insures 2. Only 1517 produced. Not offered on GN/GX and it was lighter and faster!

Not offered on GN/GX and it was lighter and faster! zpd307 03-24-2007, 01:27 AM what would you like to know? i've had mine since 03. fractional-supercars 03-24-2007, 02:26 AM I've had mine for two weks and have yet to drive it - comes out of the paint shop on Monday Previous owner spent aout $25k on engine, trans, rear, suspension and brake mods so it only looks stock... zpd307 03-25-2007, 05:12 AM wow, how many miles? mine has 130,xxx. i got, rescued, mine. paid $700 for it. it was very, very neglected. about the only thing i have not had to touch are the internal of the engine and tranny. it has been a project ever since. mine has an astro roof, which decided to crap out the other day when i pulled it out for the first time this year. i'll have to dig up some old photos on the computer and try to post them. the way i look at it, these cars will be compared to the hemi cudas and ls6 chevelle converts eventually. they only made so many out of of the 20,000 plus grand nationals in 87. have you visited any of the dedicated turbo regal sites yet? fractional-supercars 03-25-2007, 05:14 AM Mine shows 82k on he clock, only 500 miles since the previous owner spent $25k on it...I paid $10k It is being resprayed though body was good, restored to st zpd307 03-25-2007, 05:17 AM that is a good deal if everything has been done up and the body was straight. do you have any other experience with turbo regals. by the way i edited my last post. fractional-supercars 03-25-2007, 05:21 AM Other than reading all the usual books I'm working w Rob Chilenski at Stge 1 Auto in Pomton Plains, NJ - he is a top GN specialist and had done all the wrork. the car had been garaged, well cared for and extravagantly modified for going fast as hell safely.
