I am trying to put a cd player in a 94 buick regal. I bought the wiring harness recommended by the store as well as everywhere i have looked online (70-1858), and none of the adapters I unplugged from the factory stereo fit the harness. If anyone knows what I need to do to hook up this cd player I would really appreciate it, otherwise, if anyone has, or knows where I could get a wiring diagram for it, that would be great also. Thank you for your time.

What does the store say that sold you the harness ???????? I would be kind of po'd if they told me it would work and it doesn't.

They checked their supplier's online guide, which told them this was the right model. I have found the same thing with all of the online guides which I have checked. i haven't returned to the store simply because i live in a different city now and haven't had the time.

for something like this, i would go to the store, and ask for a refund on the harness, or tell them you want them to do the install free of charge if they give you trouble. Let them deal with it, free of charge, unless they can get you the right part.
