1959 Buick Hubcap or Wheel Cover. This cap has been on my spare tire of my 1963 Buick for over 30 years and the tire has never been removed from the trunk of the car. Therefore it is in excellent condition.

the picture shows what appears to a scrape or damage at around two o'clock. This is a light reflection that I should have note when taking the photo. The vendor warrants there is no such damage.
