Description: 1964 Buick Special Convert.
Red with White,(new) top.
215 Alum. Nailhead
Auto. Trans.
WILL REQUIRE COMPLETE RESTORATION.

The car is very, very solid. It retains 99% of
all the OEM trim. It has not been driven since 1996. The floors were cut out at that time to begin a restoration that never happened. The car came out of a barn in lower Michigan in the summer of 1995. It "ran home" at that point.
The car still retains most(89%) of the interior, minus the carpet, and rear floorpans.
This car was "gently" tapped in the rear-end. I have a great rear bumper w/hitch(!) to fix the cosmetic problem. There is also very, light quarter-panel buckle from said "tap". The quarter-panel will
"not" need to be replaced. The car has a manual top(white&new) and the "zip in" plastic rear window is in great condition as well.
The vin# on this "1964 Buick Special" is OG correct, as follows..
Style: 64-4067
Body: FB 1647
Trim: 027 VV *
Acc: 2p-5O

I have a spare 215; OG.cast-iron-"complete long- block",assy. with AC,PS,ALT,all brackets, wire harness.... and the OG Trans. #'s match on everything. With purchase comes a very sweet Carter ABF Man. Choke carb.(rebuilt) for a 300ci. nailhead intake.(700.00) alone. The car retains ALL OG glass, and chrome trim. All of the windows function just fine, all the way around. The chrome on the car is a 8.5 out of 10. The car does roll freely, as it can be towed, OG drums at all 4 corners. This is an unmolested, Midwest survivor car.
It pains me to part with this car, foreclosure, forces sale. I want only sell it to a "good Buick home". I will not allow a car this rare, to be dressed as a lowrider. No offense.
This car is for sale locally.
The car comes with the OG shop manual, with notes from the Orig. owner, as he used the manual to "tune" this car.
Pics. to follow, as Iam an "old man" who is new to computers.
NO DISSAPOINTMENTS!
